The application form for the Temporary Loan Program for tenants who are financially affected by COVID-19 as well as a complete description of the new assistance program are available for those wishing to take advantage of this measure.
The Société d’habitation du Québec is offering an interest-free loan of a maximum lump sum of $1,500 to tenants who do not have enough cash to pay, in whole or in part, their rent for the months of May and/or June 2020 because of COVID-19.
This program applies to the entire territory of Quebec, with the exception of Indian reserves.
