Reminder on your 2019 tax return
The deadline for Canada Life to issue tax receipts for the first 60 days of 2020 is May 1st.
The deadline for filing personal income tax returns has been extended to June 1st, 2020. Taxpayers will have until September 1st, 2020, to pay taxes owing for the year 2019. This flexibility applies to both the Government of Quebec and the Government of Canada.
