Quebec Premier François Legault announced today that the resumption of classes has been postponed to September in Montreal. Elementary schools were scheduled to open on May 25.
Childcare services will not reopen until June 1st in the metropolitan area.
Mr. Legault recalled that the generalized wearing of masks by the population could allow the reopening of businesses in Montreal.
